If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be despatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please state this at the time of ordering so we can contact you if there is any delay. Credit card orders will not be charged until they are ready for despatch. Orders must be paid for before despatch, unfortunately we cannot send items cash on delivery.

If in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase.
Please notify us of intended return with in 7 days, we will supply a return address for your item.
Then please return your product to us within 14 days of receiving it.
Please state reason for return and date of arrival.

We are sorry we can not refund postage costs. All costs of any returns are the responsibility of the customer unless an error has been made by us.
All products returned must be in good, resalable condition and in original packaging with all instructions we are unable to accept any returns once packaging is damaged,

What happens if you are out when the parcel arrives?
If you are out when we try to attempt your delivery we will leave you a card notifying you of our attempt and giving you information on how to arrange a re-delivery of your order. They will hold your parcel in the depot for up to 5 days whilst you arrange delivery. Should you not arrange for this to be done you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel. Delivery hours are between 7am and 6pm if you refuse delivery you must pay expenses or losses resulting from that refusal, including storage costs, until you accept delivery. Risk of the loss of the goods passes to you on delivery.
Responsibility cannot be taken for the wrong order, or non-delivery, resulting from incorrect information or addresses being provided. You may be responsible for the cost of delivery and the return of the goods in these circumstances.
Acceptance
IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED PLEASE SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED AND NOT AS RECIVED IN GOOD CONDISHAN AS THE DRIVER WILL ASK YOU TO DO
When you receive the subject Product/s you must inspect it/them for any defects or non-conformity within 24 hours. After this period, you will have accepted the Product/s in its/their entirety without fault. As soon as the product/s come into contact with birds/animals, even within the 24 hour period, then that also confirms your acceptance of the Product/s and is then considered `used'.
If return of Product then the Product must be in its original condition complete with packaging, a return note and proof of purchase; the return costs may also be payable by you.
Consumer Rights
If you are a Consumer you may cancel your purchase at any time within 2 working days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the Price paid subject to the 50% restocking fee and payment of the delivery and collection charges. To do this you must inform us in writing and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them and at your own cost and risk. Any statutory Consumer rights are unaffected by this Agreement. This will apply to Consumer and Business customers.
